I expect to learn how social standards effect people in their environment. I hope to learn how to make a socially pleasant atmosphere. I also would like to learn the reason behind different behaviors in children.
How social groups affect who we are and how we behave. The importance of how we are regarding to our beliefs, culture and background when talking about society. I would also like to learn the changes in relationships and how society views them, like marriage for example.
I would like to find out how society impacts our lives individsually. I would also like to learn how society effetcs race, religion, and relationships.
i think that we will learn how different social groups work as a whole rather than focusing on one indiviaul. how our up bringing as well as our environment might effect how we get along with the rest of society
I expect to learn about groups of people, how people interact, and how the groups of people are formed. I don't know what I would like to learn, I just want to learn. I enjoy learning new things, especially if it an interesting subject like sociology.
i expect to study how the world ties together socialy, politicly and economicly. i hope to learn why some cultures act the way they do and why there are such drastic differences from one culture to another.
i dont really expect to learn much just have a good time and get out of school... i hope to learn something but wont be dissappointed if i dont.. jk i hope to learn about sociology . . or a little atleast.
i hope to learn more about the different types of groups, you know? the steryotypes[ i butchered that word] and how we as people can tend to make our own steryotpes [did it again] etc. i guess, in essence, i want to know why we do it and how our "steryotypes" [dag nabbit] differ from the actual group.

sry bout bein late on it. Im half way done with the class. But the rest of the time i have in the class, i would hope to learn more about families and environments grown up in. Which is what we have been studing. I dont know if you know but my family wasnt, normal i guess. I kinda grew up with out a dad and mom having her life.

In sociology I expect to learn about how society functions and works together as a whole rather than psychology when we learned about one person.
