I think the most important role of the family is honesty. Honesty is the most important role in any type of relationship, inside and outside of the family. If a parent can't trust their child they will constantly be questioning their actions and if a child can't trust their parent(s) there won't be any respect. The End. :)
The most important role of the family is love and understanding. If they didn't love and understand you, you would probably already be kicked out or worse.
The most important role of a family is to show the members love, support, and guidance. Most people will not succeed in life without love and support. Children especially need guidance to show them how right from wrong.
I think that most important role of the family is love, honesty, guidance and support. Without any of those children will go astray. If they know that you love them and will show them the right way to go.
i think there are a bunch of important roles of a family. love, caring, respect, support. the list could go on forever. but still have to say that love is probably the most important. it kinda encompasses all of the others. i think all of the members of a family should feel love from one another. i know that if i have a hard day at school or something bad happens i always have my family to fall back on. and they are always gonna support me and help me whenever i need them. its a good feeling.
i think that the most important role of family is comfort. because if you didn't have comfort from your mom or dad then you wouldn't really be able to open up to anybody...and i think you should be able to talk to them about anything to.
The most important role of the family is to love, support, and teach their children and other family members. If you don't love someone your not going to be interested in supporting or teaching them. Without support a person may be less likely to succeede because they may think that if nobody else thinks what they are doing is important then maybe it really isn't. A person's family is the best teacher anyone could ask for because they are always around their family and they can always be learning something.
When your in a family, there are many different parts of a healthy relationship with your family. The most important ones to me are trust, love, kindess and honesty. These are important parts of any relationship especially one with family members. Being able to trust loved ones is just as important as recieving attention and love from them.
i guess the most important thing in a family is love. love gives you the ability to do so many things. your family could be broke, but love will make you strive your hardest to provide for your family/loved ones.
There are many roles that are important, but I think support is the most important. You can have your friends support, but are your friends ALWAYS looking out for your best interest. I'm not saying that your TRUE friends don't look out for you, but how many true friends do we all have?? I think a family should ALWAYS support eachother. Even if they are wrong, you can support them but disagree with them.
i think that the familys most important role is to be understanding and forgiveful. i think this because no matter what someone is going to make a huge mistake sometime during their life time and the family has to be there for support and to eventually forgive them for it.
I don't believe there is one role in a family that is more important than another I think a family must work together to acomplish anything. The family must work as equals not as a heirarchy.
I think like shirvanna said, the most important role of the family is love, honestity, guidance and support. But the love is more important love make you to be strong.
Honesty, specially in the parents behalf. If the parent lies what is that teaching the kids? Also you SHOULD be able to trust your parents not have to wonder are they coming back tonight. Or if what there sayin is a lie or truth.

I think that support and guidance are the most important role for a family.
Due to the fact that without either there can be a lot of dysfunction. ...
